You pick up the goods directly from our factory in Suzhou. Cheapest unit price but you handle all logistics.

Three ways

SEA · AIR · EXPRESS

to pay us. T/T is standard. Other methods accommodate different order sizes and risk preferences.

T/T Bank Wire

[ STANDARD · ANY ORDER SIZE ]

The default for B2B. 30% deposit + 70% balance against final QC before shipment. Bank transfer to our corporate USD account.

Fees: Buyer pays wire fees on their side
Processing: 2–4 business days
Currency: USD (default), EUR, GBP

L/C Letter of Credit

[ FOR $50,000+ ORDERS ]

Irrevocable at sight L/C from a reputable bank. Strong protection for both parties; standard for larger orders.

Bank fees: Buyer covers all L/C bank charges
Min order: $50,000 (L/C admin makes smaller orders impractical)
Documents: Strict compliance required

Alibaba Trade Assurance

Payment held by Alibaba until you confirm delivery. Maximum risk protection for new partnerships.

Surcharge: 2.5% platform fee absorbed by us for orders $5,000+
Currencies: USD, EUR, others
Dispute resolution: Alibaba-mediated

PayPal

[ SAMPLES & SMALL ORDERS < $3,000 ]

Fast, convenient for samples and small first orders. Higher fees make it unsuitable for bulk.

Surcharge: 4% added to invoice
Order limit: Under $3,000
Processing: Same-day

Western Union

[ SAMPLES ONLY · < $1,000 ]

For sample fees only. Quick to send, no waiting for bank wires. Not used for production orders.

Limit: Under $1,000 per transaction
Processing: Minutes
Use case: Sample fees, small services

Net Terms (Established Buyers)

Net 30 or Net 60 credit terms available to established customers with proven payment history.

Requirements: 5+ successful transactions, 12+ months relationship
Credit limit: Set per buyer, typically $20,000–$100,000
Approval: Case-by-case credit verification
