We accept:

• T/T (Bank Wire Transfer) — most common, 30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment
• L/C (Letter of Credit) — for orders over $50,000, irrevocable at sight
• PayPal — for samples and small orders (under $3,000), 4% surcharge applies
• Western Union — for samples only, under $1,000
• Alibaba Trade Assurance — for buyers preferring escrow protection

30/70 T/T is our default: 30% deposit when PI is signed (production begins), 70% balance after final QC and before shipment. For repeat customers with 3+ successful orders, we can discuss adjusted terms (e.g. 20/80, or net 30 for established relationships).

For established customers with 5+ successful transactions over 12+ months, we offer net 30 / net 60 credit terms on a case-by-case basis, subject to credit verification. New customers should expect standard 30/70 T/T for the first 3–5 orders.

All quotations are in USD. We can issue invoices in EUR or GBP upon request. Bank wire fees on the buyer's side are the buyer's responsibility.

Three main methods:

• Sea freight (FCL/LCL) — most economical for 1,000+ pcs, 25–40 days transit, FOB Shanghai / Ningbo or CIF destination port
• Air freight — 5–8 days door-to-airport, recommended for urgent restock or smaller orders 200–1000 pcs
• Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) — 3–5 days door-to-door, for samples and small orders under 100 pcs

We support EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP. FOB Shanghai is our default for most orders. DDP (door-delivered, duty paid) is available to most destinations but adds 10–20% to total cost depending on the destination country's import duties.

Default ports: Shanghai (Yangshan / Waigaoqiao) and Ningbo (Beilun) — both around 2–3 hours' inland trucking from our Suzhou factory. Other Chinese ports (Qingdao, Shenzhen) available with $200–400 inland trucking surcharge.

Yes, marine cargo insurance is automatically included in CIF quotes (covering 110% of invoice value, ICC-A coverage). For FOB shipments, you arrange insurance with your freight forwarder, or we can arrange it for an additional 0.15% of cargo value.

Standard export documents included: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (or AWB for air), Certificate of Origin. For specific markets we can also provide CIQ inspection, Form A, Form E (China-ASEAN), and other preferential certificates of origin.

Full private label development: logo printing, custom colors, custom sizes, custom packaging, custom molds, UPC/EAN barcoding, and branded boxed kits. See our OEM/ODM page for the full capability matrix and MOQ table.

Logo printing is included free at MOQ 500+ pcs for silk-screen 1-color prints on standard items. Multi-color prints (2–4 colors) add $0.02–$0.08 per piece. Heat transfer / sublimation prints for full-color logos add $0.10–$0.25 per piece. One-time setup fee: $50–$150 depending on complexity.

If you provide print-ready artwork (AI/PDF, CMYK, 3mm bleed), there's no design fee. If you need our in-house design team to create artwork from your brand guidelines, design fee is $150–$500 per item depending on complexity.

Yes. After PI signing and deposit, we produce a pre-production sample with your specs (logo, color, packaging) and ship via DHL/FedEx within 7–10 days. You sign-off the sample before mass production starts. Sample cost: typically $50–$200, fully refunded against the bulk order.

Yes. We sign NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) on request, and our standard service agreement includes IP confidentiality clauses. Your custom molds and artwork are stored under your project file and never reused for other clients. Mold ownership transfers to you after 3 reorder cycles or upon request.

Submit a sample request through our Contact form specifying which SKUs you need. We typically ship 1–3 pcs per SKU for evaluation.

Stock samples are free; you only cover the freight (typically $30–$80 via DHL/FedEx). Customized samples (with your logo, custom color, etc.) require a sample fee of $50–$200, fully refunded against your first bulk order.

Stock samples: 3–5 days door-to-door via DHL Express. Customized samples: 7–10 days production + 3–5 days shipping. We use DHL/FedEx Express by default; tracking number provided same-day.

ISO 9001:2015 (quality management), BSCI (social compliance audit), REACH (EU chemical compliance), CPSIA (US consumer safety). All certificates are available on request and shareable as PDF for your import compliance.

Three-stage QC protocol:

• IQC (Incoming): raw materials inspected before entering production
• IPQC (In-process): spot checks every 2 hours during production
• FQC (Final): 100% visual inspection + AQL 2.5 statistical sampling before packing

QC report (with photos) is shared before shipment. Third-party QC inspections (SGS, BV, TÜV) are welcome at buyer's cost.

We stand behind our quality. If you receive defective products, send photos and a defect summary within 30 days of arrival. After verification, we will replace defective units in your next order at no charge or issue a credit note. For systemic defects (≥3% of order), we may also cover return shipping or partial refund per the dispute terms in your PI.

Yes. All wash sponges, mitts, towels, and polishing pads are tested for paint-safe operation per our internal protocol (200+ wash-cycle simulation on automotive clear coat). We do not use abrasive fillers in soft-side products. Polishing pads are tested separately for cut/finish ratings.

Absolutely — we encourage it. Email us 7+ days in advance to schedule a visit. We're around 90 minutes by high-speed rail or 2 hours by car from Shanghai Hongqiao (SHA) International Airport. We also offer live video factory tours for buyers who cannot travel.
